Ottawa, the capital, is not the biggest city in Canada but not one to be overlooked. Don't miss the National Gallery of Canada and Canada's Cold War Museum, both in Ottawa.

If you want picturesque lighthouses and red sandstone cliffs, check out Prince Edward Island. If experiencing nature is becoming too much, try the nightlife in the town of St John's. Saint Pierre and Miquelon is great to see seals, and feels like a mini-France.
